Place

The Data is processed at the Owner’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Retention time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

Therefore:

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.

Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google utilises the Data collected to track and examine the use of flarer.ch/, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

Auditel (Auditel s.r.l)

Auditel, through the so-called “SDK” (analytical tracker), collects information on how Users use the sites and/or apps for the purpose of detecting, in aggregate form, the video content accessed through them. The information collected by the SDK makes it possible to obtain Data on the behavior of users (for example, by detecting the content visited, viewing times, type of device and geographical area of reference), but not to know the identity or demographic characteristics. Auditel collects such Data, through the SDK, using mechanisms to reduce the power of identification (with reference, for example, to the IP address of Users). The information collected is used by Auditel, as part of its activity of collecting ratings, to develop analysis and statistics on the type and number of video content used and on the clicks made on one or more video content during navigation. During the process of Data collection and processing, Auditel may use the collaboration of third parties to perform tasks of a technical or organizational nature (such as IT services and support for the management of opt-out options), located inside or outside the European Union.
