Laura Ossola

Customer Service & Regulatory Affairs Specialist

I was born and raised on the Italian shore of Lake Maggiore, where I attended a scientific high school with a linguistic orientation. After graduation, my interest was driven by a passion for travel and distinct cultures and contexts. The desire to perfect my English took me to spend six months as an Au-pair in Ireland.

Back in Italy, I decided to deepen my interest, which has been with me since childhood, in Eastern languages and cultures, enrolling in the Faculty of East Asian Languages and Cultures at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice. During my university career, I also had the opportunity to attend a semester in Kyoto, Japan.

After obtaining my master’s degree and leaving Venice, in 2012 I started my journey within Flarer performing different tasks and since 2016 I started to oversee customer service.

Later, my interest and curiosity in the more technical and scientific aspects of my profession led me to specialize in regulatory support to customers and suppliers, a role I currently hold.
